No Relationship Creation

These Term and Conditions, its subject matter and its formation, will be governed by the laws of England and Wales. You and Headspace both agree that the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction.

If any of these Terms and Conditions is, or becomes, invalid, illegal or unenforceable, it shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, legal and enforceable. If such modification is not possible, the relevant provision or part-provision shall be deemed deleted. It will not affect the validity and enforceability of the rest of these Terms and Conditions.
