#HeadspaceStories: Meet Justina, Headspace Manchester`s Sales Executive!

We`re delighted to welcome Justina as our Sales Executive to Headspace Manchester. She is the person to talk to about anything to do with Offices, Events or Meetings in our brand new building. Get to know a little bit about her below.

Q) Describe a typical day in your work life?

A) My day normally starts at 6am. I wake up and go through my emails whilst i enjoy a nice cup of coffee, I like to wake up early so that I can take my time getting ready, I absolutely hate rushing! I get into the office for 8 o`clock and respond to all my emails before the day gets busy and our tenants come in. On average I do about 2-3 building tours daily, other than that may day consists of emails, phone calls, negotiations and contract preparations.

Q) What are the main challenges in your job and how do you handle them?

A) IT questions! I tend to get our lovely Operations Manager to assist with those.

Q) What are the top 3 things you do outside of work?

A) Socialising and dining out are my favourite things to do outside of work. Other than that I am attached to my Mac and inspirational books.

Q) What advice would you give someone who is seeking the same line of work?

A) Sales is a tough business and is not for everyone. Personality, persistence and resilience are key.

Q) What is the favourite part of your day?

A) Probably lunchtime! Manchester has so many gorgeous restaurants and i am a

big foodie.

Q) What are the most important tools, programmes and systems you use for your work?

A) My knowledge and passion for people and property.

Q) Finish this sentence: The ideal way to start my day isโ€ฆ

A) Sunshine and a good cup of coffee.

Q) What is the most rewarding part of your job?

A) Meeting different business owners and entrepreneurs. My knowledge of various industries is growing and will continue to grow through the amount of interesting people I meet.

Q) What is the least favourite part of your job?

A) I genuinely do not think I have one. I enjoy all aspects of it!

Q) What is your favourite sport?

A) Is this a serious question?

Q) What would you like to win a lifetime supply of?

A) Wine ๐Ÿ™‚

Q) If you could choose anyone to be your parents, who would you pick?

A) My mother is fabulous so I would never choose anyone else ๐Ÿ™‚

Q) What book do you think everyone should read?

A) How to win friends and influence people by Dale Carnegie. Itโ€™s the best book ever written.

Q) What movie, no matter how many times you have seen it, do you have to watch when it is on?

A) Canโ€™t say I am big fan of movies or TV.

Q) What do you do if you canโ€™t sleep at night? Do you count sheep? Toss and Turn? Try to get up and do something productive?

A) Very unproductive but I tend to scroll through my social media accounts.

Q) What is the strangest thing you believed as a child?

A) When the weather turned stormy, lightning and thunder hit, my mum used to tell me that God was mad at bad children.

Q) If you were an ice cream flavor, what would it be and why?

A) Ermmmmm Mint because it is my favourite ๐Ÿ™‚
